FORRESTON, Ill. (WTVO/WQRF) — Forreston was focused on a good Ottawa Marquette team Friday night in the first round of the 1A football playoffs.

There were a few close calls in the second half, but the Cardinals’ defense came up big. Forreston won 20-7 to advance to the second round for the 8th straight year.
