Danica Patrick continues to transition from racer to fitness guru.
This is the cover of her new book that’s coming out titled ‘Pretty Intense.’ The book emphasizes mental and physical well-being. It’s subtitled ‘The 90-day mind, body and food plan.
Patrick says on her instagram account that the book inclues a 12 week workout program and 50 recipes. she hopes this will be the first of many books to come.
