A Winter Storm Watch has been issued for Stephenson, Jo Daviess and Carroll Counties in northern Illinois Thursday afternoon through Friday morning. Counties up near the state line right now have the greatest potential for accumulating snow. The storm track could change a few more times but this will be something to monitor as we get closer to the end of the work week.
